Home | News | 40ft Sea Container of Donated Medical Equipment for Hawassa, Ethiopia

Our 62nd sea container of donated medical equipment and supplies is bound for a large hospital in southern Ethiopia, to furnish the new orthopaedics theatres at Hawassa Specialised Referral Hospital.
The team are looking forward to receiving much needed hospital beds and mattresses, operating tables, anaesthesia machine, ConMed surgical stacks with cameras and scopes, diathermy machines, theatre lights, nurse trolleys, patient transfer trolleys, examination tables, defibrillators, ventilators and over 40 boxes of supplies, including face masks, gloves, drapes, scrubs and bandages.
Huge thanks to the packing team, Graeme, Paul and Dawn, and to AWH team for storage and forklift assistance over many years.
