Home | News | Equipment Donated to Regional Hospital in Madagascar

Donated medical equipment – including 23 hospital beds and mattresses, disabled children wheelchairs, BP monitors, ventilators, PPE and medical consumables – has arrived at the University Hospital Andrainjato, Fianarantsoa, in regional Madagascar.

“It is with great pleasure to inform you of the arrival of the materials which is intended for the equipment of the hospital and the new centre for the handling of traffic accidents and also for disabled children.  You have the recognition of the hospital team and our thanks on behalf of all the patients who will benefit from it.”, said Prof Fafah Fanjalalaina Ralahy, Orthopaedic Surgeon and senior manager.

We acknowledge support from The Harry Secomb Foundation, and the many equipment donors including Wheelchairs for Kids, RFDS, Fremantle, SJOG Mt Lawley and The Mount Hospitals.
