Huge thanks to Paul, Carmen and Hayley and the team at Royal Flying Doctors Service WA for donating a trailer load of decommissioned equipment – ventilators, defibrillators, patient monitors, laryngoscopes and handheld blood testing machines.

Thanks also to our super logistics volunteer, Graeme Wilson, for helping transport the equipment.

Collaboration between organisations such as ADFA and RFDS provide effective and certain ways of getting the most from recently retired medical and surgical devices which are still very functional. We are careful to ensure high quality equipment with a long expected service future, as well as a demonstrated need by the receiving Hospital. Win/ Win 🏅
