Last Friday we packed a 40ft sea container for the Nigist Elleni Mohammed Memorial Referral Hospital in Hossana, a city 250 km south west of Addis Ababa.

Massive thanks to John, Michael, Les and the team at AWH for your assistance on the day and storage support throughout the year.

Thanks also to our energetic packers from the Board and office – Graeme, Amy, Ian, Graham, and Dawn –  for loading 17 hospital beds and 34 mattresses, 2 operating tables, wheelchairs, crutches, procedure carts, defibrillators, PPE, scrubs, medical supplies and much more totalling 4,850kg!

We acknowledge the support of Wheelchairs for Kids for donating 10 wheelchairs for disabled children, Sportreat for donating crutches and many other supporters who collect and donate supplies and equipment throughout the year.
